NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 3rd September 1964
S.O. 3223. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act , 1952 ( 60 of 1952 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food ) No. S.O. 2670 , dated the 3rd August , 1964 , namely :-
In paragraph 3 of the said notification , for the words and figures " by the end of August , 1964 " the words , letters and figures " by the 10th September , 1984 " shall be substituted .
