Sub. Registration Scheme- Principles governing allotment of I.V.C. Numbers .
No. 77 - ITC ( PN ) / 1964 . Attention is invited to Annexure I of the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 56 - ITC ( PN ) / 64 , dated 13th July , 1964 , on the above noted subject .
2. The following changes may be deemed to have been made in the Form of the Certificate of Income - Tax Assessment to be produced by an applicant for Import and Export Licence as contained in Annexure I of the said Public Notice: ---
( a) The existing heading against item No. 4 may be substituted by " Status for purposes of Income - tax assessment " .
( b ) The following note below item No 9 may be deleted :-
"Note . In case of Consumers ' Co - operative Societies , the requirement of item 9 ( b ) above can be relaxed . "
