NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 15th September , 1964 .
S.O. 3369. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 17 of the Forward Contracts ( Regulation ) Act , 1952 ( 74 of 1952 ) , the Central Gov- ernment hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the late Ministry of International Trade S.O. No. 1904 , dated the 1st June , 1964 , namely :-
In the said notification , entries ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) namely : -
" ( 1 ) Groundnut ; and ( 2 ) Groundnut oil ; " shall be omitted and entries ( 3 ) , ( 4 ) , ( 5 ) , ( 6 ) , ( 7 ) , ( 8 ) , ( 9 ) , ( 10 ) , ( 11 ) , ( 12 ) , ( 13 ) , and 14 shall be renumbered as entries ( 1 ) , ( 2 ) , ( 3 ) , ( 4 ) , ( 5 ) , ( 6 ) , ( 7 ) , ( 8 ) , ( 9 ) , ( 10 ) , ( 11 ) and ( 12 ) respectively.

S.O. 3370. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 15 of the Forward Contracts ( Regulation ) Act , 1952 ( 74 of 1952 ) , the Central Gov- ernment hereby declares that the said section shall apply to the goods mentioned below in the whole of the territories to which the said Act extends .
( 1) Groundnut .
( 2) Groundnut oil .
