NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th September 1964
S.O. 3524 / IDRA/ 18F/ 64.-Whereas on the application of the owner of the industrial undertaking known as the R. B. Lachhmandas Sugar and General Mills (Private ) Ltd. , Jarwal Road , District Bahraich , it appears to the Central Govern- ment that the purpose of the Order of the Government of India in the late Minis- try of Commerce and Industry No. S.O. 3954/18A / IDRA /3 / 62, dated the 28th December , 1962 , made in respect of the said undertaking under Section 18A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , has been ful- filled;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18F of the said Act, the Central Government hereby cancels the said Order .
