NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 19th October 1964
S.O. 3667-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential of 1955 ) , the Central Governmentament hereby makes the ing Order further to amend following namely:-
1. This Order may be called the Cotton Textiles ( Control ) Third Amendment Order, 1964 .
2. In the Cotton Textiles ( Control ) Order , 1948 ,-
( i ) in sub - clause ( 1) of clause 22 ,-
( a ) in paragraph ( a ) , the word " or " shall be inserted at the end ;
(b) after paragraph ( a) , the following paragraph shall be inserted , namely:-
" ( aa ) the principles on which and the manner in which such maximum prices may be determined by a manufacturer ; and" ;
( ii ) in sub - clause ( 2 ) of clause 23 ,
( a) in paragraph ( i ) , for the words and figures " specified under clause 22 " , the words and figures " specified or determined under clause 22" shall be inserted;
(b) in paragraph ( ii ) , after the word " specified " , the words , brackets and figures " under paragraph ( a) of sub- clause ( 1 ) of clause 22 or where the principles on which and the manner in which such maximum prices may be determined have been specified under paragraph ( aa ) of that sub - clause " shall be inserted;
( iii) in clause 24, in sub - clauses ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) after the word " specified" the words " or determined " shall be inserted.
