NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st October 1964
S.O. 3730/ IDRA /15 / 64.- Whereas the Central Government is of opinion that the industrial undertaking known as the National Sugar Mills Ltd. , Ahmadpur ( Distt . Birbhum ) , is being managed in a manner highly detrimental to the sugar industry and to public interest ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Indus- tries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints a body of persons consisting of-
( 1 ) Shri Gyan Chandra , Additional Chief Director , Directorate of Sugar and Vanaspati Convenor ,
( 2 ) Shri P. P. Dhir , Chief Cost Accounts Officer , Ministry of Food and Agri- culture (Department of Food ) , Government of India , and
( 3 ) Shri N. K. Biswas , Director of Industries , Government of West Bengal , Calcutia ,
for making a full and complete investigation into the circumstances of the said industrial undertaking .
