New Delhi , the 24th October 1964
S.O. 3738. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 2 ) of rule 11 , clause ( b ) of sub - rule ( 2 ) of rule 14, and sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 23 of the Central Civil Services ( Classification , Control and Appeal ) Rules , 1957 , the President hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Works , Housing and Supply , No. S.R.O. 635 , dated the 28th February , 1957 .
2. In Part II- General Central Service , Class III and Part III- General Central Service, Class IV of the Schedule to the said notification , the headings " Directo- cate General of Supplies and Disposals" ,Disposals", " India Stores Department , London" , and "India Supply Mission , Washington " , and in Part II of the saidsaid Schedule the heading "Government Test House , Alipore" and the entries relating to those headings shall be omitted .
