SUBJECT- Import of machinery , raw materials etc. from the United States of America against AID Loans .
No. 91 - ITC ( PN ) /1964 . The United States of America Agency for Interna- tional Development havehave informed that , until further notnotice, the persons included in the list attached to this Public Notice are not eligible to participate in A.I.D. financed transactions . Importers are , hereby notified that import licences under U.S. AID Loans ( formerly DLF ) already issued or to be issued will not , with immediate effect , be valid for import of goods from the persons referred to in the attached list .
