G.S.R. 1587.-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 3 ) of article 98 of the Constitution of India , the President, after consultation with the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha, hereby makes the following amendment in the Rajya Sabha Secretariat ( Recruitment and Conditions of Service ) Rules , 1957, namely:-
In the Second Schedule to the said Rules , under the heading " Class IV" , after the entries relating to item "39. Jamadar" , the following entries shall be inserted , namely:-
