5.0 . 3823. The following Order made by the President on October 28, 1964, 1 published for general information :-
ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by clausę ( 3 ) of article 77 of the Constitu- tion, the President hereby makes the following amendments in the Government of India (Allocation of Business ) Rules , 1961 , namely :-
In the said Rules , in the Second Schedule-
(1) under the heading , " Ministry of Industry & Supply " , and sub -heading , Industry" , for entry 18 ( ill) , the following entry "B. Department of Industry " , shall be substituted , namely :-
" 18 ( fil ) Setting up of new industries , for providing employment , in places where there are heavy concentrations of displaced persons from West Pakistan. " ;
( 2) under the heading , " Ministry of Rehabilitation" ,
( 1 ) for entry 6 , the following entry shall be substituted , namely :-
"*6. Setting up of new industries , for providing employment , in places where there are heavy concentrations of displaced persons from East Pakistan . " ; and
( ii ) after entry 6 , the following entry shall be inserted , namely:-
"6A . Rehabilitation Industries Corporation . "
