In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 82B of the Indian Rallways Act 1890 (Act IX of 1890 ) , the Central Government hereby appoint Shri Dharma Nath Deka , District Judge , Gauhati , as Claims Commissioner to deal with all claims for compensation arising out of the Railway accident in volving 5 Up Kamrup Express and Down Gauhati- Lucknow Express at Kaithalkuchi station on the Northeast Frontler Railway on 19th September , 1964. His headquarters will be at Pandu .
