NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 8th November 1964
S.O. 3836. The Central Government , having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission , the application for recognition made under section 5 of the Forward Contracts ( Regulation ) Act , 1952 ( 74 of 1952 ) by The Punjab Company Limited,Limited , Bhatinda , and beingand being satisfied that that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public Interest so to do , hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the said Act , recognition to the said Company for a period of three years ending the 5th November , 1967 in respect of forward contracts in Kapas .
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Company shall comply with such directions as may from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission .

The Central Government , having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission the application for recognition made under section 5 of the Forward Contracts ( Regulation ) Act , 1952 (74 of 1952 ) by The Mahesh Beopar Bhandar Company Limited, Dhuri , and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do , hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the sald Act , recogni- tion to the said Company for a period of 3 years ending the 5th November , 1967 in respect of forwardward contracts in Kapas ,
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Company shall comply with such directionsdirections as may from time to timtime be given by the Forward Markets Commission .
