S.O. 3839. -In pursuance of sub - rule ( 4 ) of rule 126 J of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , I , B. D. Pande , the Administrator , hereby make the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. S.O. 3325 dated the 29th November , 1963 , namely :-
In the said notification, in the Table ,-
after Serial Number 24 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be inserted , namely :-
" 25. Deputy Commissioners , Additional Deputy Commissioners , Assistant Commissioners
Grade I and Grade II
Nagaland ."

In pursuance of sub - rule ( 2 ) of rule 126 HH read with rule 126 X of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. S.O. 2797 dated the 27th September , 1963 , namely:--
In the said notification , in the Table below the Note:-
after Serial Number 21 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be added , namely:-
"22. Nagaland Circle officer of the area concerned. "
