S.O. 3943. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the President is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services ( Revised Pay ) Rules , 1960 , published with the Ministry of Finance Notification No F 12 ( 1 ) -Est ( Spl ) /59, dated the 2nd August, 1960 , namely

1 ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services ( Revised Pay ) Amendment Rules , 1964

(1) They shall be deemedto have come into force on the 1st day of July , 1959 .

2. In the Schedule to the Central Civil Services ( Revised Pay ) Rules , 1980 , in Part 'B'-
