CENTRAL EXCISES .
New Delhi , the 18th November , 1964
G.S.R. 1656. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Mineral Oils ( Additional Duties of Excise and Customs) Act , 1958 ( 27 of 1958) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Company Law ) No. 152 / 64 - Central Excises dated the 6th October , 1964 , namely : -
In the said notification , for the Table thereunder the following Table shall be substituted , namely : -
