ORDER
New Delhi , the 24th November 1964
G.S.R. 1694.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central GovernmentGovernment hereby rescinds the Rice (Madhya Pradesh ) Price Control Order , 1963 , published under G.S.R. 1873 , dated the 14th October , 1963 , in the Gazette of India [ Part II Section 3- Sub - section ( i ) ] , dated the 19th October , 1963 :
Provided that such rescission shall not affect-
( a) the previous operation of the said Order or anything duly done oг suffered thereunder ; or
(b ) any right , privilege , obligation or liability acquired , accrued or incur- red under the said Order ; or
(c ) any penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred in respect of any offence committed against the said Order ; or
right, privilege , obligation , liability , penalty, forfeiture ment as aforesaid; ( d) any investigation , legal proceeding or remedy in respect of any such or punish-
and any such investigation , legal proceeding or remedy may be instituted , continued or enforced and any such penalty , forfeiture or punishment may be imposed as if the said Order had not been rescinded .
