NOTIFICATION .
New Delhi , the 9th December , 1964 .
G.S.R. 1780.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 2 ) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , and clause 6 of the Sugar ( Control ) Order , 1963 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the notifica- tion of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Depart- ment of Food ) No. G.S.R. 1634 , dated the 12th November , 1964 , namely: ----
In the said notification , in Schedule III , under the heading 'Andhra Pradesh' after Serial No. 18 and the entry relating thereto , the following Serial No. and entry shall be inserted , namely :-
" 19. The Nizamabad Co - operative Sugar Factory Ltd. , Nizamabad . " .
