S.O. 4300. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 5 of the Conduct of Elections Rules , 1961 , the Election Commission hereby directs that the following further amendments shall be made in its notification No. 56/1/62 (S.O. 2939 ) , dated the 22nd September , 1962 , as amended , namely : -
