S.O. 4301. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 1 of the Industrial Disputes ( Amendment ) Act, 1964 ( 36 of 1964 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 19th day of December , 1964 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force .
