NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 19th December 1964
S.O. 4303. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Durgah Khwaja Saheb Act , 1955 ( 36 of 1955 ) and in supersession of the Notification No. 58/ 5 / 55 - POLL ( I ) , dated 24th February , 1956 of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs , the Central Government , in consultation with the Durgah Committee , Ajmer , hereby appoints Shri Raza Ali Khan , Wakf Commissioner , Rajasthan , as Nazim of the said Durgah .
This order shall come into force on the date Shri Raza Ali Khan assumes charge of the post .
