EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 19th December 1964
S.O. 4304. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely: - InPart B of Schedule I to the said Order-
( 1 ) For item No. 47 , the following shall be substituted:-
"47. Garments and readymade articles of rayon and manmade fibres fabrics."
( ii) Item No. 48 shall be omitted .
