NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st December 1964
G.S.R. 1845. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 read with sub- section ( 1) of section 7 of the Employees ' Provident Funds Act , 1952 (19 of 1952 ) , the Centrai Government hereby makes the following Scheme further to amend the Employees ' Provident Funds Scheme , 1952 , namely :--
1. This Scheme may be called the Employees ' Providend Funds (Nineteenth Amendment ) Scheme , 1964 .
2. In the Employees ' Provident Funds Scheme , 1952 , in clause ( b ) of sub - para- graph ( 3 ) of paragraph 1 , sub - clause ( xliii ) shall be renumbered as sub - clause (xliv) ană before sub - clause ( xliv ) as so renumbered , the following sub - clause shall be inserted , namely :-
" (xliii ) as respects milk and milk products industry specifled in the notifica- tion of the Government of India in the Department of Social Security No. G.S.R. 1723 , dated the 27th November , 1964, come into force on the 31st day of December , 1964 ; "
