New Delhi , the 22nd December , 1964
S.O. 4384 / Ess.Comm/ Iron and Steel/ 64. The following notification issued by the Iron and Steel Controller is published for general information: --
"NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - clause ( 1 ) of clause 15 of the Iron and Steel ( Control ) Order , 1956, as amended from time to time, and with the approval of the Central Government , the Iron and Steel Controller notifies as under :
The following amendment to the Government of India Notification No. S.O. 731/ ESS.COMM /IRON AND STEEL / 64 , dated 29th February , 1964, published in Part II , Section 3 ( ii ) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary , dated the 1st March , 1964, as amended from time to time , is notified :
AMENDMENT
(A) . Schedule No. I Tinplate including Waste Waste Deleted .
The above amendment takes effect from the date of publication of this notifica- tion in the Gazette of India.
