TARIFFS
New Delhi , the 30th December 1964
No. 20 (8 ) -Tar/64.-In Resolution No. 20 ( 8 ) -Tar/ 64 , dated the 25th October , 1964 , Ministry of Commerce in the Government of India requested the Tariff Com- mission , under Section 12 ( d ) of the . Tariff Commissionlon Act , 1951 , to conduct necessary inquiries and submit its Report on the cost structure of sugar and the fair price payable to the industry .
It has now been decided that it is not necessary for the Tariff Commission to conduct the aforesaid inquiries .
ORDER
Ordered that the Resolution be published in the Gazette of India and a copy thereof be communicated to all concerned.
