New Delhi , the 30th December 1964
No. 52 ( 2 ) -Tar/ 64 . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Indian Tariff Act , 1934 ( 32 of 1934 ) and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf , the Central Government hereby cancels the following notifications of the Government of India 1 the Ministry of Commerce , namely:-
(1) No. 14 ( 1 ) -Tar / 64 dated the 14th December , 1964 , regarding the levy of customs duty on 2 - amino- anthraquinone , Benzanthrone and Beta Oxy Naphthoic Acid;
( ii ) No. 14 ( 1 ) -Tar / 64 dated the 14th December . 1964. regarding the levy of customs duty on Naphthols and Fast colour bases.

संख्या 52 ( 2) -टैर/ 64.-भारतीय टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1934 ( 1934 का 32) की धारा 12 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का तथा इस निमित्त केन्द्रीय सरकार को सशक्त करने वाली अन्य सभी शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य मंत्रालय की निम्नलिखित अधिसूचनाएं एतद्वारा रद्द करती है , अर्थात्:--
( 1) सं 0 14 ( 1 ) -टेर/ 64 , तारीख 14 दिसम्बर , 1964-2- अमीनो-एनध्राक्यूनोन, वेनजेनथ्रोन तथा बेटा औक्सी- नैपथोइक एसिड पर सीमा शुल्क के उग्रहण के बारे में ,
(2) सं 0 14 ( 1 ) -टेर/ 64, तारीख 14 दिसम्बर , 1964 -नैपथोल तथा फास्ट कलर बेसेज पर सीमा शुल्क के उद्ग्रहण के बारे में ,
