NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 30th December 1964
G.S.R. 1851 / Sugar- Export -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act 1958 (30 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the noti- fication of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (De- partment of Food ) G.S.R. No. 1237 / Sugar- Export , dated the 20th December , 1963 , namely: -
In the said notification for the expression " 31st day of December , 1964 " , the expression " 31st day of January , 1965 " , shall be substituted .
