G.S.R. 1853.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25, read with sub-section (3) of section 100, of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 140 dated the 31st December, 1960, namely:—

In paragraph 2 of the said notification, for the figures, letters and word "31st December, 1984", the figures, letters and word "31st December, 1968" shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 1854.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25, read with sub-section (.3) of section 160, of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1062), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public Interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 173-Cus- toms dated the 24th November, 1962, namely:—

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and word "31st December, 1964", the figures, letters and word "31st December, 1965" shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 1855.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25, read with sub-section (3) of section 160, of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 88-Customs dated the 7th July, 1962, namely;—

G.S.R. 1856.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being satis- fled that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the follow- ing further amendment In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Financo (Department of Revenue) No. 168-Customs, dated the 22nd June, 1963, namely:—

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "1st day of January, 19H5", the figures, letters and words "1st day of July, 1065'' shall be substituted.

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and word "31st December, 1964", the figures, letters and word "30th September, 1965" shall bo substituted.
