In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 3 of the Sugarcane ( Control ) Order , 1955, the Central Government here- by makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 1588 /Ess . Com./Sugarcane , dated the 30th October , 1964 , namely:---
In the Schedule to the said notification , under the heading " MADRAS " , after Serial No. 11 and the entries relating thereto , the following Serial No. and entries shall be inserted , namely : -
