G.S.R. 40. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -rule (2)(2) of rule 125 of the Defence of India RulesRules , 1962, and clause 6 of the Sugar ( Control ) Order , 1963 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 1634, dated the 12th November, 1964, namely :
In the said notification , in Schedule III , under the heading ' Madras ' after Serial No. 11 and the entry relating thereto , the following Serial No. and entry shall be inserted, namely:-
"12. Sakthi Sugars Limited ,
P.O. Appakudal ,
District Coimbatore ."
