Election to Fill Casual Vacancy
In pursuance of section 53 ( 2 ) of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , I declare that Shri Tribhuan Narayan of 67/110 , Ishwargangi , Navapura VaVaranasi , has been duly elected by the elected members of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly to fill the vacancy in the Council of States caused by the resignation of Shri Tarkeshwar Pande .
