New Delhi , the 12th January 1965
G.S.R. 119. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 2 ) of article 356 of the Constitution of India . I , Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan , Presidert of India, hereby vary the Proclamation in relation to the State of Kerala made by me under the said article on the 10th September , 1964 in the manner specified herein , namely:-
In the said Proclamation, in clause ( c ) , in paragraph ( ii ) , for the words, figures and brackets " articles 208 to 211 ( both inclusive ) " , the word and figures " articles 208 , 209 , 211 " shall be substituted .
