New Delhi , the 21st January 1965
G.S.R. 158.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Rice ( Movement Control ) Order , 1957 , namely :-
1. This Order may be called the Madhya Pradesh Rice ( Movement Control ) Amendment Order , 1965 ,
2. In the first proviso to clause 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Rice ( Movement Control ) Order , 1957 , in paragraph ( 1 ) , for the words " five kilograms" , the words "one kilogram" shall be substituted.

1. This Order may be called the Madhya Pradesh Foodgrains ( Restrictions on Border Movement ) Amendment Order , 1965 .
2. In the proviso to clause 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Foodgrains ( Restrictions on Border Movement ) Order , 1959-
(a) in paragraph ( vi ) , for the words " five kilograms " , the words " one kilo- gram" shall be substituted; and
(b) paragraph ( vii ) shall be omitted.
