NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th January 1965
G.S.R. 185 / Sugar - Export . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act 1958 ( 30 of 1958) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture , ( Department of Food) G.S.R. No. 1987 / Sugar - Export , dated the 30th December , 1963 , namely : -
In the said Notification , for the figures , brackets and words " 65 ( sixtyfive ) thousand metric tons " , the figures , brackets and words " 64,767 ( Sixtyfour thousand seven hundred and sixtyseven ) metric tons " , shall be substituted .
