IMPORT TRADE CONTROL

SURJECT .- Import of Capital goods etc. , from USA under AID Loan No. DLF . 157. No. 3 - ITC ( PN ) /65.-Import Licences for Capital goods etc. , against U.S. AID Loan No. DLF . 157 have been issued from time toe to time subject to the terms and conditions communicated individually to the importers concerned and accepted by them . One of the conditions is in regard to the maintenance of relevant books and records by the importer till such period as prescribed . It has been decided that the books and records shall be maintained by the importers upto the end of 1973 .
2. Holders of Import Licences issued under U.S. AID Loan No. DLF . 157 are re- quested to note the above for compliance .
