G.S.R. 213. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) , read with clause ( e) of sub - section ( 1 ) , of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964 ) , and in continuation of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 37 dated the 2nd January , 1965 , the Central Government hereby appoints Doctor Kamla Choudhury . Indian Institute of Management , Ahmedabad , in the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India, established under the said Act .
