ORDER
New Delhi , the 10th February 1965
G.S.R. 244. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Orissa Rice Procurement ( Levy ) Order , 1964 , namely:-
1. This Order may be called the Orissa Rice Procurement ( Levy ) Second Amond- ment Order , 1965 .
2. In the Orissa Rice Procurement ( Levy ) Order , 1964 , in clause 3. in para- graph ( b ) of sub - clause ( 1 ) and sub - clause ( 2 ) , for the expression " 50 % " , the words " seventy- five per cent " shall be substituted .
