IMPORT TRADIT CONTROL
New Delhi , the 11th February 1965
SUBJECT :-Import of Chlordiazepoxide ( S. No. 87 , 109 / IV) No. 6-1TO ( PN ) / 65 . Attention is invited to List I of Appendix 19 to the Import Trade Control Policy Book for April 1964- March 1965 as amended from time to time, wherein Chlordiazepoxide is included as one of the items .
2. It has been decided that the following remark may be deemed to have been added as N.B. below List I :-
"The c.i.f. price of Chlordiazepoxide shall not exceed Rs . 312 / - per Kilogram " SUBJECT : --Long Shoremen's Strike in U.S.A. Revalidation of import licences
No. 7 - ITC ( PN ) / 65 . It has been reported that the recent dock strike in the United States of America which has involved only East Coast and Gulf Porta started on 11th January 1965 and is continuing . It is likely that all export cargo movement from East Coast and Gulf Ports had been and will continue to be inter- rupted and shipments against licences cannot be effected for some time and will be delayed substantially
2. In order to facilitate the shipment against the import licences which may have expired , it has been decided that the valldity of all import licences affected by the strike will be deemed to have been extended upto 30th April , 1965
