ORDER
New Delhi , the 12th February 1965
S.O. 589. Whereas the Central Government by its Order No. S.O 1527 , dated the 4th July , 1959 ( as subsequently extended ) , issued under section 18 -A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , authoris- ed Shri S. K. Chaudhri , I.A.S. , to take over the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking known as Atherton West & Co. , Ltd. , Kanpur ;
And whereas it appears to the Central Government that it is not necessary that the aforesaid orders should remain in force;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferied by section 18 - F of the said Act , the Central Government hereby cancels the said Order
This Order shall take effect from 13th February , 1965
