S.O. 653. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendment in the Table appended to its notification No. 434/ 13/61 dated the 23rd December , 1961 , namely : -
Against item No. 76 , in column 3 , after the existing entries , the following entry shall be inserted-
" 3. Sub -Divisional Magistrate , Hathras ."
