ORDER
New Delhi , the 4th March , 1965
G.S.R. 387. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Orissa Rice Procurement ( Levy ) Order , 1964 , namely: -
1. This Order may be called the Orissa Rice Procurement ( Levy ) Third Amend- ment Order , 1965 .
2. In the Orissa Rice Procurement ( Levy ) Order , 1964 , after clause 5 , the follow- ing clause shall be added , namely: -
" 6. Saving . Nothing in this Order shall apply to any stock of rice held or produced by a licensed miller , or held or acquired by a licensed dealer , functioning at any place ( other than Chandball in the district of Balasore ) which is not connected with rail . " .
