ORDERS
New Delhi, the 24th March, 1965.
G.S.R. 492.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Roller Mills Wheat Products (Price Control) Order, 1965, namely:—
1. This Order may be called the Roller Mills Wheat Products (Price Control) Second Amendment Order, 1965.
2. In the Roller Mills Wheat Products (Price Control) Order, 1965, after clause 3A, the following clause shall be inserted, namely:—

S(IV|O.S.R. 493.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers conferred on it by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, to make orders to provide for the matters specified in clause (c) of sub-section (2) thereof, shall, in relation to wheat products produced or manufactured by a roller mill from indigenous wheat, be cxercisable also by the Government of the State of Mysore within its jurisdiction:
Provided that such power shall be exercised by the said Government according to such directions as may be issued by the Central Government in this behalf.
Eocplcmation.—In this Order, the expressions "roller mill" and "wheat products" shall have the same meaning as are assigned to them in the Roller Mills Wheat Products (Price Control) Order, 1965.
2. This Order shall remain in force up to and inclusive of the 15th day of April, 1965.
