G.8.R. 494 -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 3 ) of section I of the Government Savings Certificates Act 1959 ( 46 of 1959 ) , the Central Gov- einment hereby specifies that the provisions of the said Act shall apply to the National Savings Certificates (First Issue ) .
