IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 29th March 1965
SUBJECT . Opening of an Import & Export Trade Control Office at Kanpur .
No. 20- ITC ( PN ) /65 .It has been decided by the Government of India to open an Import & Export Trade Control Office at Kanpur under the charge of a Deputy Chief Controller of Imports & Exports . This office will start functioning at Kanpur with effect from the 1st of April , 1965 .
2. The Deputy Chief Controller of Imports & Exports , Kanpur will have juris- diction over the whole of the State of Uttar Pradeslı ,
3. Para 5 ( ix ) of Chapter I of the Import Trade Control Hand Book of Rules and Procedure , 1964 may be deemed to have been amended accordingly .
SUBJECT . Opening of an Import & Export Trade Control Office at Srinagar .
No. 21 - ITO ( PN ) / 65 . It has been decided by the Government of India to open an Import & Export Trade Control Office at Srinagar under the charge of a Con- troller of Imports & Exports . This office will start functioning at Srinagar with effect from the 1st of April , 1965 .
2. The Controller of Imports & Exports , Srinagar will have jurisdiction the whole of Jammu and Kashmir State. over
3. Para 5 ( ix ) of Chapter I of the Import Trade Control Hand Book of Rules and Procedure , 1964 may be deemed to have bebeen amended accordingly .
