G.S.R. 535. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts resorite and colemanite falling under Item No. 87 of the First Schedule to the Indian Tariff Act , 1934 ( 32 of 1934 ) , when Imported into India , from so much of that portion of the duty of customs leviable thereon which is specified in the said First Schedule as is in excess of 25 per cent ad valorem .

G.S.R. 586.- In exercise of the powersvers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) No. 56 - Customs , dated the 1st April , 1964 , namely : -
In the said notification , in paragraph 2 , for the figures , letters and words " 31st March , 1965 " , the figures , letters and words " 31st March , 1966 " shall be substituted ,
