EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 7th April 1965
S.O. 1178.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Import and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely:
In Part A of Schedule Ito the said Order , " item No. 19 , Cerd , rope , twine and thread made out of rayon and / or synthetic fibre or yarn " shall be omitted .
