ORDER
New Delhi , the 12th April, 1965 .
G.S.R. 589. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Indian Maize ( Temporary Use in Dextrose Manu- facture ) (Order , 1965 , namely: -
1. This Order may be called the Indian Maize ( Temporary Use in Dextrose Manufacture ) Amendment Order , 1965 .
2. In the Indian Maize ( Temporary Use in Dextrose Manufacture ) Order, 1965-
( i) in sub - clause ( 3 ) of clause 1 , for the words and figures " until the 22nd day of April, 1965 " the woras and figures " until the 15th day of June , 1965" shall be substituted ;
(ii ) in clause 2 , for the words " one thousand tonnes " the words " four thou- sand tonnes " shall be substituted.
