NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th April 1965
S.O. 1220.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (3) and (4) of section 5A of the Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act, 1948 (9 of 1948). the Central Government hereby establishes a Dock Labour Board for the port of Mormugao, to be known by the name of the Mormugao Dock Labour Board and appoints the following persons as the members thereof, namely: —
Members representing the Central Government:
(1) Shri E. H. Simoes, Chairman, Mormugoa Fort Trust, Mormugoa.
(2) The Regional Labour Commissioner (C). Bombay.
(3) The Traffic Manager, Mormugoa Port Trust, Mormugoa.
(4) The Labour Commissioner, Government of Goa, Panjim.
Members representing the dock workers:
(1) Shri Ramesh Chandra Waman Desai Representatives of the Transport
& Dock Workers' Union.
(2) Shri Gajanan Bhadkamkar
(3) Shri Mohan Nair Representative of the Goa Dock
Labour Union.
