G.S.R. 594. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 4 ) of rule 154 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , the Central Government hereby specifles the Andhra Pradesh Paddy and Rice ( Declaration and Requisitioning of Stocks ) Order, 1964, published by the Government of the State of Andhra Pradesh under notification G.O.Ms. No. 1965 dated the 29th July , 1964 in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated the 29th July , 1964 to be an Order the contravention of which may be tried in accordance with the provisions contained in sections 262 to 265 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1898 ( 5 of 1898 ) .
