New Delhi, the 21st April, 1965
S.O. 1319—The following Order made by the President on April 18, 1965, is published for general information: —
ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitu- tion the President hereby makes the following amendments in the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely: —
In the said Rules—
1. under the heading "Ministry of Commerce",
(a) after entry 18, the following entry shall be inserted under sub-heading "I. Trade", namely:—
"18A. U.N. Conference on Trade and Development.";
(b) after entry 21, the following entry shall be inserted, namely —
"21A. Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1050.";
