G.S.R. 629. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 3 ) of article 98 of the Constitution of India , the President , after consultation with the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha , hereby makes the following further amendment in the Rajya Sabha Secretariat ( Recruitment and Conditions of Service ) Rules , 1957 , namely:-
In the Second Schedule to the said Rules , under the heading " Class III " , after the entries relating to item "33. Hindi Typist ", the following entries shall be in- serted , namely : ---
